Donation Process: Octapharma factors weight and plasma volume into payment.
First-tier donors can get paid up to 50% less than third-tier donors.
New Donor Compensation: New donors can expect to earn $600-$650 during non-promotional months. During promotional periods, they may earn as much as $1000. New donors are paid the same bonus regardless of weight.
Return Donor Compensation: Compensation varies based on weight and donation frequency. If a donor hasn’t made a donation in over 35 days, their compensation may be affected.
Bonuses: Every month, Octapharma offers incentives and bonuses to return donors who donate frequently. For example, after the third or fourth donation, a donor may receive an additional $10 for every donation within that month or 35-day promotional period.
Referral Program: For every referred donor who successfully completes two donations, the referring donor earns a $50 bonus. There’s no limit to the number of people you can refer.
Loyalty Program (OctaRewards): Return donors are rewarded with points after every donation, as well as for referrals, downloading the OctaApp, or for their birthday.
1,000 points can be exchanged for a $5 gift card. Earning 100 points per donation equates to an additional $0.50 per donation.
